You Don’t Have to Plant Alone
If God is stirring your heart to plant a church, we want to walk with you. Uncommon Church Network exists as a relational network of churches and pastors committed to cultivating healthy souls, multiplying disciples, and planting churches to fulfill the Great Commission.
Church planting is a significant calling. It requires courage, clarity, resilience, and community. You bring the vision and obedience. We come alongside you with friendship, soul care, coaching, shared wisdom, and practical support as you discern and take your next faithful step.
Our process is relational, intentional, and designed to help you plant from health — not hurry, pressure, or isolation.
Step 1: Discernment
Every planting journey begins with discernment. We want to help you prayerfully clarify what God is inviting you into, where you are in the process, and what your next right step may be.
Through conversations, assessment, prayer, and trusted relationships, we help you explore your personal, spiritual, relational, and leadership readiness for church planting. If you are married, we believe this journey should include your spouse as well, because planting impacts the whole family.
Discernment is not about passing or failing. It is about gaining clarity, wisdom, and confidence so you can move forward in a healthy way.
Step 2: Coaching
Once a planter begins the journey with UCN, we walk alongside them through coaching, encouragement, and ongoing relationship. Church planting can be both beautiful and stretching, which is why we believe planters need more than information — they need people.
Our coaching is designed to help planters develop healthy rhythms, make wise leadership decisions, multiply disciples, and build churches that are spiritually healthy and missionally faithful.
We want you to lead from the overflow of your soul, not the exhaustion of your schedule.
Step 3: Support
Uncommon Church Network exists to support church planters through meaningful relationships, practical resources, and shared mission. We believe planters need friends, not just systems; encouragement, not just expectations; and support that strengthens both the leader and the church.
Support may include coaching, strategic guidance, leadership development, resource connections, and help discerning what is needed for the season ahead.
Our heart is to come alongside planters in a way that helps them stay healthy, lead faithfully, and multiply disciples for the long haul.

Our Heart for Church Planting
Friendship
We believe ministry was never meant to be carried alone. UCN is a network of pastors and churches walking together through friendship, prayer, encouragement, laughter, shared meals, and honest conversations about both wins and losses.
Formation
We believe healthy churches are led by healthy souls. Before we talk about strategy, systems, or growth, we care about the inner life of the leader. We want to help pastors stay deeply connected to Jesus through rhythms, tools, coaching, and relationships that form them for long-term faithfulness.
Multiplication
We believe the Great Commission calls us to make and multiply disciples. Church planting is not simply about starting services — it is about seeing new communities of disciples formed, leaders developed, and gospel witness established in places that need the hope of Jesus.

Start the Journey
If you sense God inviting you to plant a church, we would love to start a conversation with you. You do not have to discern this alone. Connect with us and let’s explore the next faithful step together.
